October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month. Sarah Summerford of D.R.E.A.M. (Down Syndrome Research Education Advocacy for Montana) joins ShawnMarie and shares about her family's journey with Adessa, Sarah's daughter who has Down Syndrome.
